A favorite Weight Watchers favorite.  This free soup has 0 POINTS per serving.

1-26.5 oz. can Hunt's Original Style Spaghetti Sauce (or Tomato Basil)
1 bag frozen cauliflower/broccoli/carrot vegetable mix
1 bag frozen brussels sprouts
1/2 bag frozen green beans
1T. garlic salt

Combine in a large soup pot.  Add water till the pot fills up.  Season as needed.  Cook till vegies are tender-crisp.  Note:  If you're not totally lame and/or busy... fresh vegetables are always best, as is fresh garlic.  Make a big batch to have on hand for munchy moments.  Keeps you going without putting too many pounds around the middle.
