Local style potato salad has macaroni too. Yum!
3-4 potatoes, cooked, peeled and in chunks
1c. cooked macaroni noodles
3 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
1/2c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4c. chopped pickle or pickle relish
1t. Hawaiian salt (or to taste)
little bit pepper
1T. prepared mustard (yellow or fancy dijon--depending on your style)
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Cover, refrigerate and serve to hungry people.
