Piper Selden  is a writer, educator, and activist. She teaches writing for the University of Hawaii System. A perennial student, Piper holds a BA in English/Writing, an MA in English/Composition and Rhetoric, and an MFA in Creative Writing. Fields of interest include creative writing, lifewriting, rhetoric, composition, and topics relating to the environment. Piper writes and has published in a variety of genres, including the sciences and academia, creative nonfiction, fiction, and poetry.
